Our conflict management course is designed to give the delegates the confidence to deal with various situations, including conflict. It looks at how people react when placed outside of their comfort zones as well methods for bringing a successful conclusion. Communication is key to this course and we will cover how to get someone to calm down without using the famous “calm down” phrase.
