This course will help them to provide excellent, efficient service, whilst positively embracing the importance of their role. We will look at how their manner and communication reflects on the company and how to handle difficult visitors or callers with confidence.

  • The price is based on a maximum of 10 Learners. For courses of more than 10 Learners, please contact us directly.
  • Full 1-day courses run between 0900 - 1700hrs each day. Half-day courses run for 4 hours.
  • Learners will receive handouts in paper format as well as the option of PDF.
  • Refreshments in the form of tea, coffee, squash, biscuits, and fruit will be supplied for face-to-face courses.
