Bee Work Ready

We work with organisations, vocational rehabilitation companies, schools and colleges to deliver specialist employability support for those who have barriers to employment, including physical and mental health conditions.

Our experience in delivering employability support to those who face the biggest challenges in entering/returning to the workplace or changing career, means that we are able to offer bespoke services to meet the needs of each individual or group.

We do this by delivering workshops and 1:1 support to children, young people and adults focusing on a wide range of employability subjects.

Our 1:1 Packages

Light touch: A 3 session package for those who need a little bit of support and reassurance to assist them in returning to employment. This may include CV writing and interview preparation.

Standard: Our most popular package delivered across 6 sessions, focusing on the areas key to supporting that individual.

Extended: A comprehensive support package for those who face the greatest challenges in becoming work ready. This is delivered over a minimum of 7 sessions covering all areas identified at assessment.

Regular updates and reports will be provided throughout the period of support.

The above rates are based on 1:1 online support. For 1:1 face-to-face support, these rates still apply but will also include the following.
