Interactive Workshops to Build Skills & Confidence
We introduce focused, on hands-on activities, real-world examples, and the chance to practice essential job skills. These topics can include:
  • CV & Cover Letter Writing – Crafting professional application documents and cover letters tailored to specific roles.
  • Interview Techniques – Role-play exercises, mock interviews, and strategies to present strengths.
  • Workplace Skills & Etiquette – Understanding workplace norms, teamwork, communication skills, and time management.
  • Proactive Job Search Techniques – Taking a more strategic and varied apporach to securing roles that aid future development.  
These workshops are adapted to the interests and goals or each individual or group.
Engaging Presentations for Career Insights
We deliver inspiring, motivational sessions that introduce young people to various career paths and job market expectations. Topics include:

  • Apprenticeship awareness – How apprenticeships are a great entry point for some individuals, including the types of roles, models and entry routes.
  • Introduction to Career Pathways – Exploring different industries and job roles.
  • Building a Professional Network – Understanding networking basics and how to make meaningful connections.
  • Goal-Setting for Young Professionals – Techniques to set achievable career goals.

Each presentation is interactive, with opportunities for questions, group discussions, and personal reflection.
